Transcription

• We specialize in all types of transcription including workers' compensation, Independent Medical Examinations (IME), Fitness for Duty Examinations (FFD), Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity (NGRI) Evaluations, forensic neuropsychology and psychiatry, occupational medicine, record reviews, medical specialties, and more.

• We are proficient in Microsoft Office, WordPerfect, Electronic Medical Records, and file transfers protocol such as Dropbox, Hightail.

• We follow the AAMT Book of Style and the Chicago Manual of Style.

• All transcription and procedures adhere to HIPAA guidelines.

• Transcription can be verbatim or follow accepted grammar style guides with editing.

• We can use your pre-defined template or create templates and documents to fit your needs.
